I wish I had looked at these reviews before. I ordered a bracelet, they sent the wrong one, I contacted customer services and they promised to help me so I could gift the correct bracelet to my friend. 3 phone calls later, rude staff and empty promises I’m no further forward. They still have my money, 10 days later, no response to a complaint email, I’m at a loss as to what to do. The impression they have left me with (particularly following my last conversation with them) is that they don’t care and just hope not many people so the reviews ! I ordered from them, believing the were a premium company, just goes to show. Sadly, still haven’t been able to gift my friend on her 60th birthday- very embarrassing 😳

Their jewerly looks promising but don’t get fooled!
I bought a ‘forget me not’-ring with 9 stones. In less than a week half the stones fell off.

Quality is extremely low = not worth the money.
Customer service will not help.
After contacting them about my story, they expect me to travel to a different country to get the ring repaired.
That is simply not good service!

If you ever buy swarowski; expect that they’ll steal your money, laugh at your stupidity and leave you with broken garbage jewerly.

Bought a ring a few months back and after a few weeks it started to go discoloured so I’d taken it into the actual shop with my receipt to see if I could have it swapped and they did but then the same things happened again after only a few short weeks even with me being extremely careful with it, I always take it off to wash/moisture/sanitise my hands, I take it off on a night and whenever I think I’m doing something that could cause damage and it’s still gone discoloured and it now turning my finger green, you’d honestly think I’d have bought it from a cheap kids shop if I didn’t have the receipts for it, don’t recommend buying anything from here as it’s horrendous, I certainly won’t be buying from Swarovski again

I love Swarovski jewelry. I generally buy Swarovski from small, independent boutiques and I’m always happy with the quality.

Waste of money! I purchased 4 rings for the 4 girls in my family and the bands are tarnished after a month! These are nothing fancy just a very small band withe clear crystal in them paid approximately $150@canadian for them and because I bought out of the country they are not covered under warranty! Although I was told they are universal and all should be good anywhere they are sold! Very expensive lesson!

Been buying jewellery from svarowski for years. Ordered bracelet just to find the empty box with no bracelet in it. F****g joke!!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
- I brought six bracelets in the sale and well in time before the sale period ended
- I got an email the day before they were to arrive saying ALL six were out of ostock
- I went online and all six were still there but this time re-listed with their full price
- spoke to help desk who were very unhelpful and could not explain why an item that has been ordered in sale and been told out of stock was now actually in stock but had to be brought at full price
- avoid this company at all costs

I purchased 2 items online they looked really nice and when I received it I was on shock ,doesn't look at all like How they show it on their website, my partner wasn't happy at all the bracelet was so so small and the earring was to tiny and the stones doesn't looked at all like how they show it its like for baby not for adults and looks really really cheap, really disappointed about it so don't get excited when you see items it might not look what are you expecting.
So my advice avoid online purchases

A month or so ago I had an accident and cracked/ damaged my Swarovski ring that had an enormous sentimental value.
I went to London's Oxford street store ( bigger one ) with tears in my eyes in hope it could possibly be repaired.
Young lady called Frankie kindly assisted me and helped with all I needed.
Frankie, I can not thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism and being the best Sawrovski brand can have in their team.
We need more people like you!
Swarovski, keep up a good work!!!!
